Your Friday ATOM Las Vegas / A Touch of Mystery History installment ...
Welcome to your Friday ATOM Las Vegas / A Touch of Mystery history update ....
From 2000 - 2002 we continued to perform our mysteries for Corporate
events and Casinos in Las Vegas. In 2002, A Touch of Mystery was hired
by Royal Caribbean Cruises to install 7 stories on their Vision &
Radiance class ships. So, I got very busy and wrote 1-2 new stories a
month.
Thus, MYSTERY ON THE HIGH SEAS (aka I ONLY HAVE EYES FOR
YOU), THE FAMILY REUNION, LETHAL LIBATIONS, MARATHON MADNESS, DEATH BY
CHOCOLATE, RUYB'S RIDDLE, & DEAD AGAIN were created, and ran from
2002 - 2004.

ATOM 1993 -1999...
Welcome to your next installment of the history of ATOM Las Vegas / A Touch of Mystery ...
Between 1993 & 1999, A Touch of Mystery continued to perform for Corporate events and Dinner Theatres in Harrisburg, PA and Sacramento onboard the Delta Queen Steamboat. In 1999 I moved to Las Vegas to perform in production shows. While there, our logo got a fresh new look (see below) and we began performing for Corporations, private parties, fundraisers and Casinos! Our first outing with a casino was Circus Circus for their VIP event. It was called THE $25,000 Murder Mystery. There were 650 guests (10 teams) and only 1 team guessed the right answer and won $25,000!
The show was ALL'S FAIR IN LOVE & MUSIC and it was a night to remember. This was the start of a whole new chapter for A Touch of Mystery!

A TOUCH OF MYSTERY 1993-1999
Here is the next installment of the history of ATOM Las Vegas / A Touch of Mystery:
In 1993 I moved to New York to pursue my theatre / acting career. I immediately landed roles in Summer Stock and a performing gig on American Hawaii Cruises in Hawaii. Toward the end of 1993, I moved to Harrisburg, PA where I continued to perform and started booking the murder mysteries for Corporate Events as well as on board The Pride of The Susquehanna Dinner Cruise.
It was at this time that I resurrected ALL'S FAIR IN LOVE & MUSIC - my 2nd musical murder mystery with characters such as Vinnie Vegas and the Vinnettes, The DIVA & Troy Tritone.
While in Harrisburg, I wrote THE REUNION and we performed it for the first time for Merck Pharmaceuticals. We had a lot of fun with that show! It was done for Halloween and I wrote several of their drugs in to the story.
Stay tuned for the next installment and have a Mysterious weekend!

More A TOUCH OF MYSTERY history ...
The scene started and the gentleman interrupted the ladies arguing over him by saying "That's ok, I really don't want a drink anyway." He walked away from the bar and went directly over to the host of the party and inquired; "Where in the word did you find these people?!"
When our lead character, Mrs. Stefano came running down the stairs screaming that her husband was dead in the bedroom, guests began screaming; "Who's dead, who's dead? and CALL 911!"
Once the Inspector took over and started the investigation, the guests began laughing for the next hour as they solved the mystery!

A Pseudonym
Here is your "mysterious" question of the day....
Do you know what the initials ATOM stand for in our company name ATOM Las Vegas? When the company was started in 1985, it was called A Touch of Mystery, and we offered interactive murder mysteries. In 2006 we expanded the company to offer all types of interactive Team Building and Entertainment, and expanded the name to ATOM Las Vegas (A = A, T = Touch, O = Of, M = Mystery).
